General Information
The ADAVB Inc. Newsletter has 11 issues per newsletter year (follows financial year) and is distributed in the first half of the month from July to June to around 2,500 member dentists (there is no issue for January).

The following types of advertisements are available:

Display Advertisement
Each page of the ADAVB Newsletter is divided into a 4 x 4 grid making up 16 units. Prices are calculated on the display ad size (i.e.: 1 unit, 2 units, 4 units, half page, full page).
All completed display ads (including art work) should be sent as a recognised desktop publishing format. Please contact the Communications Officer for further details.

Classified Advertisement
Classified ads are typically placed towards the back of the newsletter. They are set out in four columns under a Category Heading. As classified ads are text only, no logos or graphics can be included.

Insert
An insert is a flyer or brochure you wish to have placed within the Newsletter for mail out. You can supply the finished product or send the completed artwork to us for printing. For an insert to be placed in the ADAVB Newsletter, it must be given prior editorial approval.

Premium Reserved Space (PRS) Advertisement
These spaces must be pre-booked for a full year and guarantee the advertiser the same premium space in each of the newsletters. Art work can be changed each month.

Copy Deadline
Copy is required at the Branch Office by the 1st day of the month preceding the month of publication (e.g. by 1st May for the June issue).

Distribution
Distribution can be anticipated by the second week of the month.

Advertising of Training Courses
Advertising is restricted to Courses conducted by the ADA (including its Branches, Divisions, Groups and affiliated societies), or by Australian Dental Schools and Dental Hospitals. Courses/activities conducted by other organisations may be advertised, subject to consideration of application.

Requirements
Advertisements are accepted subject to editorial approval and compliance with the Newsletter Advertising Requirements.  The ADAVB reserves the right, as it deems appropriate, and without prior notice to the supplier, to withdraw material submitted for inclusion in its Newsletter.

Payment
An Invoice will be sent on publication. The terms are Net 7 days.

GST
The GST has been included in our Advertising Rates. A Tax Invoice will be issued after publication. The ADAVB Inc. ABN number is: 80 263 088 594.

Accredited Agents
Please add your commission to our figures.

Subscription
Newsletter subscription is only available to ADAVB members and is a feature of membership.

Membership Discount
A membership discount (i.e. Member Rate) applies to ADA Members (Victorian Branch and interstate) when supplying advertisements in their own name and related to the practice of dentistry. Commercial advertisements submitted by ADA members do not attract discount.
