The ADAVB’s biennial Convention is set to be a major event for 2010 and this year’s promises to be bigger and better than ever. For the first time, Dentistry2010 will feature concurrent sessions which will give delegates a greater choice of sessions to attend. The lecture program for Dentistry2010 boasts a clinically-relevant selection of topics in a wide range of interest areas, ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy. International presenters such as Prof Charles Goodacre (USA), Dr Dafydd Evans (UK) and Dr Nicola Innes (UK) will be highlights in the Convention. Many well known and distinguished local speakers will also be presenting at Dentistry2010, which will be held from 30-31 July at the New Melbourne Convention Centre, 1 Convention Centre Place, South Wharf.
THE MDS PRE-CONVENTION WORKSHOP
In conjunction with Dentistry2010, the Melbourne Dental School (MDS) will be holding a pre-Convention Workshop for the very first time. This workshop will highlight current concepts in preparation design with Prof Charles Goodacre taking the helm, while a team of prosthodontists will be assisting participants throughout the workshop. The MDS pre-Convention Workshop will be held on 29 July at the Melbourne Dental School, 720 Swanston Street, Carlton.
