CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION (CPR) TRAINING
The Dental Practice Board of Victoria’s CPD Code of Practice requires all registered dental care providers to undertake mandatory Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training every two years.
Please note that whist DBPV requires a minimum of two hours training, most CPR providers run three-hour courses as this is their industry standard. Finally, only a maximum of four hours of CPR training can go towards your overall scientific CPD hours.

b. a member of the Australian Resuscitation Council; or
c. accredited by a member of the Australian Resuscitation Council to deliver PCR training
You must receive a certificate from the provider that meets the Board’s criteria, stating hours of attendance.
