UNE PARTNERSHIPS PRACTICE MANAGEMENT COURSES

ADAVB and UNE Partnerships continue to work together offering courses for practice managers and dental assistants who are keen to take the next step up at their workplace.

This year UNE Partnerships is proud to announce two new professional practice manager development programs called Certificate IV in Professional Practice Management (91482NSW) and Diploma of Professional Practice Management (91483NSW).

Certificate IV in Professional Practice Management (91482NSW)

This qualification provides the skills needed to effectively manage a team of people, reinforcing and building upon many aspects of daily operational activities. It incorporates:

  • Risk and compliance
  • Customer service
  • Recruitment and team effectiveness
  • Business management systems and operations

Diploma of Professional Practice Management (91483NSW)

This qualification is suitable for experienced practice managers with a wide range of with a wide range of business responsibilities in the dental practice. It incorporates:

  • Risk and compliance II
  • Managing customer service
  • Budgets: a strategic tool
  • Managing people performance
  • Leadership in the 21st century
  • Planning the future of your practice

Find out about UNE Partnerships’ NEW Certificate IV and Diploma of Professional Practice Management qualifications. These new exciting programs have been rewritten in line with industry best practice and customised to the specific needs of the dental industry.  Employers are also encouraged to attend.

These courses start in May 2010. The face to face sessions provide a supportive learning environment in which there is discussion and practices of new skills, so they can be applied later in the workplace. Networking with the other participants is also very valuable. The presenters are experts in the field, and understand the challenges facing modern dental practices.
