Phone our Dental Consumer Helpline (03) 8825 4600 to ask about:

  • Dental conditions and diseases
  • Dental fees
  • Treatment options
  • Dental advances
  • Informed consent and informed financial consent
  • Access to dental records and other privacy issues
  • Special dental services e.g. home care, disabled access, etc.
  • Services offered by dentists and dental specialists
  • The difference between dentists and other dental care providers
  • General enquiries

There will usually be at least one of our team of senior dentists on duty to answer queries, Monday to Friday 10.00 am to 3.00 pm.

Complaints

The ADAVB also offers a conciliation service to help resolve disputes between patients and ADAVB members (over 90% of private Victorian dentists are members).
